We begin every new support contract with a full audit of your network. This means we have what we need to support you well. It also means you get vital knowledge of your own network, so you can start to make more informed decisions. Most important of all, we begin to get to know each other.

As part of the initial audit, we also do a health check of your network to see if there are any immediate vulnerabilities, or areas for future improvement.
