We don't charge extra for doing this work – we do it because we prefer to invest in long term business relationships.
Supported customers have unlimited access to all of our support services – you can log a support request directly into our on-line Helpdesk system or call our priority telephone support line or email us anytime.
You get a team of dedicated professionals looking after your systems, preventing problems and keeping you informed. We also do a free network audit and free network healthcheck.
If we can't fix the problem remotely (although we often can) we'll send an engineer to your place of work for a site visit (as many visits as it takes). It couldn't be simpler - It's just like having your own internal IT department. If something is broken, we'll fix it (you only pay for any parts that need replacing). |
